Nutty Maple Granola Recipe

An easy batch-cook breakfast treat.

Who doesn't love granola? Not only does it taste like dessert for breakfast, it's so easy to whip up a big batch for the week ahead. Our easy nutty granola is loaded with crunchy nuts and seeds, and sweetened with pure maple syrup - minimal ingredients and maximum flavour. Sprinkle onto breakfast smoothies, eat with fruit and yoghurt or enjoy spoonfuls straight from the jar - we're not judging.


2 cups rolled oats

5 tbsp mixed seeds

1/2 cup chopped almonds

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2tsp cinnamon


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.

2. Melt the coconut oil and mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

3. Spread evenly onto a baking tray and bake for around 20 minutes (until golden brown), stirring halfway through.

4. Allow to cool before transferring to an airtight container.
